Learning and Development
The UKCAE Pathway encourages each individual to take responsibility for understanding their role in removing discriminatory barriers within the workplace. The UKCAE Pathway encourages positive attitudes and actions throughout an entire organisation from the bottom up. By asking people to examine their own preconceived attitudes, the Pathway will enable the breakdown of common misconceptions and myths, hence achieving real cultural change.
In order to achieve this, Steps 1 and 2 of the Pathway each have an element of employee learning and development relating to diversity and inclusion.
UKCAE itself does not provide this, but produces Learning Requirements specific to each Step. Members of UKCAE will have access to recommended organisations who can provide associated learning tailored to these Requirements.
